Citrus County Waterfront

Crystal River and King’s bay are located in the center of what is called the Nature Coast. Largely undisturbed, this pristine coastal area is relatively unknown outside the area. As a result, relatively affordable seaside homes abound.

A system of over 30 natural underground springs feed into this unspoiled paradise. The sportsman will revel in the world-class Tarpon fishing just offshore, boating, snorkeling, diving, jet skiing, kayaking, and exploring deserted islands are just a few of the activities off your “waterfront yard.”

You can swim with the endangered Florida Manatee (always respect and never touch or harass these gentle mermaids of the sea) who frequent these waters by the hundreds in winter time seeking the warm spring-fed waters.

There is also a scallop season during which you can pick your own.

Located 90 miles from Tampa and Orlando you get the best of both worlds. Seclusion from the big city nuisances, but with the option of a quick drive to Disney attractions, shopping or a night on the city.

Don’t forget there is plenty of room for your boat docked next to the house or at Pete’s Pier where wet and dry docking is offered.
